In this workshop, you will learn:

  • Clinical reasoning to assess and correct imbalances in the body

  • Head-to-toe assessments for the whole body

  • Decompression techniques for joints, muscles and ligaments

  • Neck and back routines

  • The “Deep 6” external rotators routine

  • Nerve Mobilization techniques

  • Thoracic spine and rib cage mobilization
