Massaging Hard-as-Steel Shoulders – Effective Therapeutic Shoulder Massage

Class Description:
With so many hours spent hunched over computers and bending down to look at cell phones, shoulder pain has become one of the most common client complaints.

In this class you will learn about the causes of shoulder discomfort, including the relationship between shoulder mobility and restrictions in hand, thoracic, and lumbar areas. After revealing these connections, you will learn techniques to methodically release restrictions in all associated areas to restore shoulder ease and mobility.

Please bring the following to class: 1 massage table, 1 set of sheets to be used while you are on the massage table, face cradle cover, blanket, massage emollient, hand sanitizer, and paper and pen for note-taking. Also, please wear clothes you can move easily in.

Note: Nancy is teaching TWO classes on this same day; this class in the afternoon/evening, and a separate Neck Massage class in the morning. For more information on the morning class, visit our website at www.ascendce.com
